There is a second season but there will very probably be no third. Entertainment Weekly has already reported that the show was axed by Fox. Fox denies the news and says that they will decide in May but inside sources told EW "It's done. Everyone has pretty much known for a couple of weeks. Consider it cancelled."

Damnit I mean the way things ended for Cam and John where just wow. I mean it's a pretty good ending if it was a series ending but damnit I want more :)
