Please kill me now, I'm out of ideas!

Ok, here's the problem.
For an exam I have to create a logo used by a design agency named 'Metamorph'. So I had some pretty good ideas (in my opinion) wich my professor each rejected. Now I'm out of ideas.

What do you think about first when it comes to metamorphose?
(please don't think about butterflys or frogs because my classmates used those poor animals to death *g*)

What about you seperate Meta and morph

there is a difference between metamorphosis and just moprhing. Morphing is just changed, right?

meta-> meta tags-> hidden information

dann...maybe something with cells. Cellmorphing. Cells contain genetic information. Maybe it means that the agency look a lot deeper than most and create a product that is a much tighter fit.

The idea with morphing is great but sadly we have to use metamorphose (sometimes I wonder why I ever went back to school *G*).

As far as I know morphing is right before the metamorphose. It's the process, while metamorphose is the finished object.

But I love the Cellmorphing idea, maybe I can use it somehow.
Right now I'm thinking of stuff that points at design like point and comma.
Those are the ideas that I had today, maybe you have some other good sugestions :)

I like the O idea... but I would leave out the black border.
And i'd use different typo for meta and morph.

www.logopond.com is always a very cool inspiration.

I'd use some sort of 3d effect (Ebenenstil) for the dots.

Yes, the O without the border probably looks better *G* Right now I'm at the point that when I look at the logo I only see pain and a slow death *G* There is no room for more ideas.

Beeing in school is nice but with 26 I'm the oldest and that sometimes just sucks :)

Oooh I won third price over at Tere's board when we have the Metamorphose contest. I used an angel that morphed into a demon. One of my friends there showed a a pregnant woman in which you could see a foetus and it was about the change from little tiny tadpole to a baby. Also cool is the change from an acorn to a tree. Hope this helps
