is this legal? i mean she should ask me first or?
go and look:

what should i do now? should i write the site and tell them to give me the email of that girl or what? ive never been in such a situation, they where post sure thats ok but until now no one made something with my stuff until they have asked me.
so i mean its ok to be pissed,or?

Date: 2003-03-01 12:27 am (UTC)Advice from someone who often times gets fanart stolen from me to the point, I no longer archive my fanart as wallpaper on my site except on temporary basis on my LJ.
Take a deep breath and e-mail this webmistress of the site directly. Offer her proof that this is your fanart that you made that this person made a fansign of. Ask her to remove it and to inform the person who made the fansign for her as to why and perhaps that person, if she really loves that site so much, create her another one.
