Could someone please tell me how I can change the width of my entry boxes/table?

Forget the other question, I just delated my whole journal code *faint*. Not a bad thing you might say BUT I have no idea where I found the tutorial "how to make a lj header and stuff". ahhhhhhhh

could someone give me his/her code??? I have a new lj header and I wana use it *sob* btw I use generator. It would be awsome if someone could help me :(
