You're chapter 2. That means you're currently plaguing Dee with your outline and need to be written. Your main problem is that the core work that justified your existence is not currently in the library, and can't be bought for love or money in this country. You have about a week to be finished. No pressure or anything.
You're all about the end of conventional warfare, and the new evolution of low-intensity conflict, through the examples of guerilla warfare, insurgency, and other small-scale conflicts.
